Quick Answer

Jobber costs $39 to $199 per month. The Core plan works for solo contractors. The Connect plan at $119 is the best value for most small teams. The Grow plan at $199 is worth it only if you need GPS tracking and job costing. Annual billing saves 10 to 15 percent.

Jobber has three plans. All of them include scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and payments. The difference is how many users you get and which advanced features are unlocked.

Core Plan: $39/mo

The Core plan is for solo contractors. It includes one user, basic scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and payment collection. You also get the Jobber mobile app and client hub.

This plan covers the basics well. If you are a one-person operation, it has everything you need to stop using paper and start looking professional. You can send quotes, schedule jobs, and collect payment from your phone.

The main limitation is one user. If you have any employees or a partner, you need the Connect plan.

Connect Plan: $119/mo

The Connect plan supports up to 5 users. It adds automated quote follow-up, client notifications (appointment reminders and on-the-way texts), online booking, and team scheduling.

This is the plan most small teams should pick. The automated quote follow-up alone can pay for the upgrade. When you send an estimate, Jobber follows up automatically if the client does not respond. This closes more jobs without extra work.

Online booking is also valuable. Clients can book appointments from your website without calling. For cleaning companies, landscapers, and other recurring service businesses, this reduces phone time and fills your schedule.

Grow Plan: $199/mo

The Grow plan supports up to 15 users. It adds GPS tracking, job costing, two-way text messaging, automated quote follow-up, and advanced reporting.

GPS tracking lets you see where your crews are on a map. Job costing shows you the profit on every job after expenses. Two-way texting lets you message clients directly from the Jobber app.

This plan is worth it for teams of 5 to 15 that need to track labor costs and crew locations. If you have fewer than 5 people, the Connect plan is a better value.

Annual Discounts

Jobber offers a discount for annual billing. You save roughly 10 to 15 percent compared to paying monthly. The exact discount varies, so check the current pricing page when you sign up.

If you are confident Jobber is the right tool, annual billing saves real money. If you are not sure, start with monthly billing. You can switch to annual later.

Payment Processing Fees

Jobber Payments charges 2.5 percent plus $0.25 per transaction for in-person payments. Online payments are slightly higher at around 3.5 percent plus $0.30.

These rates are competitive. They are similar to what Square and Stripe charge. You can use your own payment processor instead of Jobber Payments, but you lose the automatic reconciliation that makes Jobber convenient.

Which Plan Should You Pick?

Pick Core if you are a solo contractor with no employees. $39 a month covers everything you need.

Pick Connect if you have a team of 2 to 5. The automated follow-up, online booking, and team scheduling make it the best value.

Pick Grow if you have 5 to 15 people and need GPS tracking and job costing. The data helps you run a tighter operation.
